We have a 15-day return and exchange policy , which means no questions will be asked from you while you are returning our product

To be eligible for return, the items you purchased must be in the same condition that you received it, unused with tags and original packaging

Delivery Charges will be deducted from the returned item and the remaining  cost will be transferred to your bank account

Money will be transferred to bank account the same day we receive the product 

Customer can return the product via any courier service and will bear the delivery charges while sending the product back

Stag Clothing will exchange the product within 15 days only if the purchased items condition is the same as it was delivered

Customer will have to bear the delivery charges

If by mistake Stag Clothing sends the wrong product , wrong size , defected piece and exchange is claimed , Stag Clothing will exchange the product with free delivery

If the items can’t be exchanged because of any reason and customer claims refund then delivery charges will be deducted and rest of the money will be refunded as per our refund policy
